My message was the same thing. I told caller that the IRS does not call you. Then he hung up.

Who ever this was is saying they r from the IRS and that I'm being sued......to call call back....IRS doesn't call you they formally send you letters and documentation

I received a call from this number as well! I can't think of why the IRS would be wanting to sue me but of course it made me freak out! BE CAREFUL!
