I got a call from this number on my home phone. The message that was left was a robo-call snippet that seemed like it was in the middle of an automated survey asking questions about health insurance premiums ("press 1 for true, 2 for false"). Probably some survey where someone is trying to search for polling numbers that agree with some agenda talking point for an election campaign.
Calling the number back gives a busy signal - they'll call you, but they don't want you to call them (like to be removed from the calling list).
Caller ID said "Fort Collins CO".
