Yes Gerald Esparza is still on the beat trying to do whatever as of December 19th, 2013. There is no PFG. This number is located in Colorado. The IRS doesn't bother to call - they send notices and hit your bank if you ignore them. Spread the word this is a scam.

I have received calls from this number several times with the same requirement. It is shown that the law firm PFG working with the IRS.

Apparently "nadine" has been replaced with Joshua. He just left us a voicemail. I hope this is the first of many calls....
