You'll have to contact the authorities yourself - no one here can do it for you. If you're being bothered by repeated calls, use the block feature on your phone (if it has one), use a call blocker (you can find several good ones for about $35 online), or ask your telecom provider to block the number, although there may be a monthly charge for this service.

Calls from number and no one speaks when we answer. No message returned when voice message left with inquiry. two calls in short period of time
