Treasure Valley Air.  Claimed to be a survey.  Same company called about a year ago and we asked to be put on their DNC list.

Keep getting calls from this number, sometimes hang ups, sometimes no message left when it goes to answering maching.

If they don't want to leave a message when it goes to voice mail than they should just stop calling!

They call each day and always hang up.

This is a company called Paramount Equity Mortgage.  They are calling to try and upsell you on a mortgage refinance that sounds sort of shady.  When the woman who called me from this number first told me her intentions, I told her I was not interested, and rather than acknowledge what I said, kept talking over me until I had no choice but to hang up. Desperate woman, terrible business practice. This is likely either a scam or predatory loan venture.
