I have received a call from this number showing as Community Call for the past two days late in the afternoon. It rings 2-3 times and they hang up. No messages.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the past 2 weeks. Usually call afternoons and lately it's been evenings. Very annoying plus it is using up my minutes. They never leave a message. I am on a DO NOT CALL list, why are they calling?
