This is the second time in a month I've received a spam call from an aggressive, rude Philippino call center.
They are argumentative and pretend they don't understand why anyone would request to be removed from their call list.
I keep blocking their number but then they get a new number.
I lived in HI for six years and there is no mistaking the accent even though they accused me of being dismissive of a fellow local business owner.

Got a call from this number telling me they were going to place my business at the top of google search list. It was definitely a foreign accent (unknown if Philippino as stated above)
