Rang 3 times then hung up.

They called my cell. they let it ring 3x and hung up. shows as a sales ad.. call back scam????

Checked on Google. A known scam number.  Offers to lower credit card interest rate - did not know my present rate, did not know his lower rate, did not know what bank represented. Very heavy Indian accent.

They called my cell! I let it go to voicemail. No message received. I called the number back, an automated "if you would like to be placed on the do not call list press 9" no business name, reason or real person at that end.
Probably a political call or telemarketer?
