Called my cell and did not leave a message

Call me and left no message. Im on dnc list bunch of scammers.

Called my phone and said he is calling from the Florida police department  state trooper and they are doing a drive to get fifteen dollars from each person in the community for police injured in the line of duty

They hung up when I answered
