Talk about rude!!!  The company name is American Impact - they provide on hold music/messages for businesses.  This "gentleman" (ha!) called and when there was no one available to speak with him I offered my email address.  I barely got the email out and he snarled "OK thank you" in the most sarcastic tone and hung up.  If you think we will EVER do business with a company that conducts themselves in that manner (especially when they are still trying to get our business) than they are out of their minds!!!
