It's VT Designz (an actual website design company). They hang up on you when you ask them for the purpose of their call. Weird, rude, and infuriating!.

thx for the info; they may not do so, for potential liability reasons, since that'd be such a purjorative label, albeit often true. This # rang. Was anticipating another call from an unknown number, so I - against habit - picked it up, only to experience a moment's delay - that tell-tale telemarketer (at best) indicator (they, using predictive dialer or whatnot-type softward) - before the person said, "Hello."
