I get calls from this number all the time and they never leave a message. When I called it there was a recording for VitalOne Health Plan and I don't even carry this coverage.

They called me.  I didn't answer cuz I didn't recognize the number and if it is important they would've left a message, but they left no message. I don't know if they're going to call back.

When I answered the call there's no one there....

Called me by name said I had requested a quote  for a dental insurance plan, told him NO I work for a dentist, he said oh, your looking for a dentist? I said NO I work for a dentist. he said OHHH okay. Said he will remove me from the list....YEAH RIGHT

There are too many numbers and the states the calls are coming from for different reasons such as Healthcare insurance school grants debt problems clean up your credit score get rid of student loans or money owed to the IRS. They won't put you on the do not call list. They call outside the time frames allowed in CT. Before 9 am and after 9 pm. By law when you request to be put on the do not call list and they won't and  hang up or keep talking over you as far as I know they will be fined for not adhering to thelaw guidelines. I've been reading complaints from 2014 and we are now in 2016 so why is this still happening to so many people so many times a day.  another number is 305 842 2858 and my reverse look up app shows them as Vital one.  From what I read they are marketing affordable care. They also state you requested the information when you didn't. How can this go on for a couple of years to so many people so many times day and still no resolution to this problem because even when you block the number it still calls your phone.
