I got a call from 954-278-9012 on July 6, 2017 at 3:25 pm.  The caller left a message about health insurance.  The call was from Chuck with The Insurance Center.  I have never done business with them of even heard of them.  My caller ID said, "Out of area," usually a sure sign of a telemarketer.  Don't legitimate businesses use their real name for their caller ID?  I would think so.  If they are going to do business with someone don't they have to disclose their name?  Why not do it on their caller ID?
