MN Rusco has been asked dozens of times to stop calling, and yet they persist. There is a similar complaint about them listed on the BBB website. Of course, their response is that they never would call anyone who has asked them to stop. That sincere-sounding, apologetic reply is simply and obviously a lie.

They used to call me all the time. I did file a complaint with BBB and they finally stopped. The worst thing was, when they stopped to give us a quote on our windows, my mom was really sick and the sales guy wouldn't leave.
He kept pressuring her to place the order right away.
We got a second quote a couple of days later from a different company and it was about 30% of the RUSCO quote.
When we told them we didn't want their windows, they kept calling and even stopping by. I threatened to file harassment charges and they finally left us alone.

If u ask them to stop, they will. The only one lying appears to be you

I agree with the other poster.  They do not stop calling.  They call me about every 6 months.  I ask them to remove me from their call list. They must also have a few numbers to call from, because I've now got a short list of blocked numbers that come from MNRusco.

Just got a call from this number, I didn't answer because it wasn't in my caller id.  The message left if somebody breathing into the phone for a but a minute.  I was completely terrified till I saw this and know that Russo calls about every 6 months.  So annoying and CREAPY!
