Got a call yesterday too on my cell phone.  I didn't answer it as I had received a call in June(from 952-236-5079), also from Norwood, Young America, MN.  Back then, it was a rude guy trying to tell me I won a trip and other prizes.  I told him to remove me from his list several times, and he just talked over me.  I also told him I was on the Do Not Call list and would report him to the FCC.  Guess changing the phone number is a way around this????  Reported both numbers.

Call to my cell phone with a perky female voice saying, "HI, this is Cindy with Florida Getaways, can you hear me OK?"  Since I had once made the mistake of interacting with this recording in the past, I advised it as politely as humanly possible to perform an anatomically impossible action and slammed down my virtual receiver.  I've had calls from this number before.
