location where call originated

The caller said they were from Wells Fargo and just said to call them back

I received the same call twice from different people.  I called back once and left a message,  I also called customer service 800 number and there were no notations on my account.  Additionally, the customer service representative was not able to find the individual who called in the employee directory.  I think if it were truly a Wells Fargo representative calling there would have been a detailed message as well as notations on my account.
