robocall from 952-698-3186 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Saturday 06-13-15 @ 1117 AM.
supposedly this number is a Integra Telecom Landline in Minneapolis, MN.

Male asks for person by first Name and then says "this is John with Budget Exteriors." gave him expletive and hung up.

I get calls from this number maybe twice a week.  At work, at home, one time as late as 9:30 at night.
I never answer, and they never leave a message.  I sent a text back to them once suggesting that they should leave a message - no reply of course.  I don't know what they want, and I'm not going to find out.

Every year Budget Exteriors cold calls me wanting to do remodeling on my home. Every year, I inform them that I am on the do not call list.
Every year they use a new number. Have reported to FTC Do Not Call every time, have yet to hear back from them
