They are the "collection agency" working on behalf of ShopNBC. It must be in house because the address is right next door to the SHopNBC address. They are very rude!

Called my work number. Surprisingly, they left a message -- from a real person, whose first language seemed to be English! She told me she was with "CPC", and that I should call an 800 number, which I didn't bother to write down. I owe several credit card companies a large amount of money, but they're not going to get anything unless they do what Citibank did -- meet me in court.

@Adriana: FWIW, ShopNBC is not one of my creditors.

I don't know who they are they are asking for someone I don't even know. I have told them over 100 times they have the WRONG NUMBER!!!!! They keep on calling. I filed a report with the FCC hopefully they can do something.

Just another bottom feeding-scum-sucking-low-life collection co.  These guys have no life..No scrupples,no decency. They can't find a job doing anything respectable so they  eek out a living AND get there jollies hastleing others.       "what goes around......."

Got a message from this number.  Live caller, requesting my son and a call back tonight to an 800#.  Said she was from Central Portfolio Management.  Caller ID said CPC.  Probably trying to collect on one bad debt, since my son has virtually no credit.
