Just opened my tleephone bill and this number appears as a number that I called. I do not know who this is but I will be contacting the phone company. There are several numbers on my phone bill, a couple of which I recognize as numbers I previously looked up as "telemarketing numbers" that went unanswered by me so I want to know if I never answered the call why am I being charged. Seems I read about "line hijacking" somewhere and am wondering if this is the case.
