These people call DAILY and if you do their survey, no joke, it's about a half an hour. But they still call back over and over and over asking more questions. I have requested to be removed from list, nothing. I've reported them to FTC, we're on a do not call list, I've tried blocking the number...however, their number that shows up on my caller ID (952-491-4752) must not be their number and they must be spoofing because it doesn't work.  The name that shows up is "SSI" Whenever one takes surveys, it is never for the good of the consumer, it is to find out more about you so the company that hired them can sell you something later. Same with "we're updating our directory"...bullsh*t.  They want to find out mangers names and titles so they can call back later and ask for them to sell them a product or service. If you call back SSI, it is a recording. It mentions their website you can go to, however, there is NO WAY YOU can talk to a live person, I've tried. They do not even list an address. Aka: They can contact you, but you can't contact them. The WORST kind of company.

Same as above - have not previously recorded a call from this number, will try to come back and update if they repeat after removal demand.  Heavily accented guy doing survey - pleasant enough, but no idea of survey length or purpose.  I disconnected after several minutes.  He strongly stressed this was "not a sales call".  I suggest not answering any questions, as they can later use the recording to fraudulently claim you authorized something that you did not, and realistically, providing anything more than already public information is not going to do your organization/family any good.
