Someone called from here and asked for our Manager's name and made it seem like she knew him "oh I misplaced his cell phone, can I get that from you?"  NO you may not! Whenever they ask for cell phones I questions their legitimacy.

Caller ID says "Norwood Young America" - Mike from IPX, wants to talk to Manager about maintenance and safety stuff. Every time we get a call and the caller Id says "Norwood Young America" the people are rude and scammers.
