Probably,   wait for it,,,,  Scammers.

They try to convince you that they are the IRS and you need to pay in itune cards or you will be arrested. When I asked to speak to a supervisor a person came on and said they were sending a gang out to break my teeth and steal my liver (no joke) and some other off the wall threats. All "agents" had accents and were unable to tell me what State they where located in.
