I did answer the phone and immediately asked who this was and what do they want.  He said he wanted to talk about lowering our electric bill.  I told him this is an unlisted number and do not call again.

Numerous hang ups.

the Company which uses the voicemail name of Your Local Energy Efficiency Referral Company now using the  phone numbers 818-337-1041 and 714-497-1384 as the corporate number. Contact Ken Howell who told me he was the manager and he is at ext 803.

Ken refused to give me the name of the CEO
