I got a call from this phone number, but I missed it. But I called back like 2 minutes later, and it says the number is disconnected. How does that happen?

Got a call from this number on 3/16/17 at 9:18am. I did not answer but got a voice message with no message. Sounded like someone was driving in their car.

Got a call by this number they asked for me by my first number and then the call was disconnected. Try calling it back and it says this number is disconnected? Hmmmmmmm
