This is a criminal using a "spoofed" number. They called me on my phone with a 951 area code. The number showed: 1-951-800-4222. If a number is calling from MY OWN area code, it would simply show the seven numbers, not 1-951-800-4222! They are DUMB criminals! Do not answer, and block if you can!
