When your trainer gives you a very simple, small task, you try to do as you are told, just as you would if your doctor prescribed you something. Except my trainer told me to go to GNC, and, instead I went here.WRONG WRONG WRONG the drug delivery systems (Liposomes) with micro/macro nutrients DOES NOT WORK! DO NOT PURCHASE!
I've always been a fan of supplements, because they are affordable, but when I step into the store I was kind of shocked how sparse the selection is. Then I'm stopped by a very friendly, eager sales guy. "Hey bro, how can I help you." Oh snaps, quick, quick: WWBD - what would a bro do? I keep forgetting that when I took on the role of bodybuilding, that I am in a different class of people. As I explain what I am there for, I realize he's not going to let me walk out with a $15 canister of creatine. First he tries to tell me how I don't need it. Then proceeds to show me a larger, much more expensive looking canister of... I'm still not sure what is in it. He proceeds to tell me how it will help me plateau, but I just started training again after a three month hiatus; there is no plateau, bro.
Just before his swol sales pitch starts to take hold of my logic, I get a reality check and start refuting his points. You'd think he'd stop there and respect my choice, but now he's really on fire. "So, how long has your trainer been doing this? Because I use to train too, so I know what I am talking about." Before he proceeds to turn this into a pissing party, I get firm with him and he gives me the creatine I came for. Sadly, I had to stand there and listen to him for a few more seconds while my debit transaction cleared. Phew, I'm so glad I survived to tell the story.
