What appears to be this number called my home phone 2/23/2016 at 6:16 PM with CALIFORNIA shown on caller ID in place of name so I did not answer and no message was left.

Called at 6:42 pm today 2/24/16 left no message. I have Verizon and am able to block up to 1000 numbers so this will most lily be on that block list by tomorrow.

This number called my cell phone tonight, showing Perris, CA as the originating area.  I missed the call.  When I attempted to return the call, I got a "this number is disconnected" phone company recording so they may be spoofing the originating number.
