Got a call from thus number, didn't answer and no voicemail.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone. I let it go to voice mail but nobody left a message. If people take the time to call why not leave a message. Should this person call again I will make it a point not to answer. Maybe I should block this number and not worry about it all.
