Received a call from 951-555-0176 on my cell. Did not answer. Called the number back from a land line (fax) and was told that the number could not be completed as dialed. Tried again, same message. Without knowing for sure, my guess is it's a scam.

Have been receiving incessant calls from this number for the past 2 weeks purporting to be from a mortgage company. Every time I return the call I hear the message: "All circuits are busy!"

"Dir Assist CA".....  Call, say nothing, ignore the screener's warning, and you get blocked! Blocked forever.
