I just received another call from them as well, and I never answer numbers I don't recognize, so I didn't. But, I found it helpful to read these comments, and specifically the one from you, dg, since you did what I was going to do myself, which was to investigate "Horizon Power". Since you discovered that they *do not exist*, they are obviously a scam, and not just your standard telemarketer trying to sell something.
I would be interested in knowing whether or not those receiving calls are actually located in the area of the number, which is the Riverside area of SoCal. I'm actually in the area, but without a land line, and my cell phone number is still associated with my permanent address. In other words, I question the "random" nature of it, and would be interested in knowing if they are targeting specific numbers/persons rather than the standard robo calls.
