Two rings and a disconnect.

A woman called me from this number, unintentionally left a voicemail thinking she was talking to an actual person. She mentioned something about the California energy conservation program. She asked how high my electric bill was before she realized she was talking to my voicemail then hung up. I couldn't understand the company name she mentioned but it sounded like Gems or Jams, or Jen?

I did not pick-up and it did not leave a voicemail.
