Got a call, answered, dead air like when the caller is from a call center & has you on hold, then call went dead.  Or it was a ghost robo-call to see if anyone would answer.

First time from this number.  Called my cell----I never answer unknown numbers, just hit ignore---and I don't have  voice mail on myh cell.   Never answer any calls on my land line.  If they can't leave a message, I figure it isn't inportant.  My cell is in the same area code of 951---which doesn't mean anything.
