Numbers call me, I answer and line is quiet, then they hang up... Not cool

Identified themselves as "Doctors Network" asked for the name of my ex. ...

They told my husband they know he had had medical issues and offered supplemental insurance. Calling from a hot room.  I called back and it is a busy signal

Time Share company offering a vacation. I was waiting to hear when all they would need is a down payment with my credit card but he kept rambling on about the vacation, so when he said I would only have to sit in on a 1 hour meeting at the hotel...I hung up. Waste of my time.

They call constantly but never leave a message..I won't answer it..I put them on the do not call registry right after I they called, then they call me from another number 951 373-6846..Just a bunch of losers..
