They called from 951-373-7247 today. I answered the phone with my name as I am work. They hung up.
Called them back and they want to know if I wanted to lower my electric bill.
Had same calls from other numbers all over CA, and all related the Cal Solar initiative, which based on latest report was a flop.
They are grappling for straws. Blocked them as i did for the last 10 calls regarding this junk.

So much for the do not call list.

Missed call, called them back.  Message was about some spam survey.
