After a pause a woman came on the line and said she was from Health Advisory, and asked if I could hear her.  I have had these calls from other numbers, too.

Called, verified address and name, asked If I could hear her.Opinon on credit as to which id good fair and poor.  Probably telemarketer or scammer. Wife said it could be scammer recording yes call, so entering it here. Shows it came from A voip phone on Myers street in Riverside.

I swear this is related to enter Pechanga's contests on their facebook and Instagram pages because I get the same recording that sounds like a real person saying, "oops! I couldn't hear you..." yadda yadda... 2 to 3 days after every single contest entry, no matter which phone number I use. I've tested this theory by taking note of which number I used last.
