How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Received call from this number on my cell phone.  I answered hello, but just silence, then it dropped me.

Keeps calling but if I call back there is no answer..I answered once  but no one was there...

My Call Watch app diverted this call straight to voice mail and blocked the number for me. By the way, they didn't leave a message...
