They only let the phone ring 4a times, not enough time for me to pick up. If it was from Home Depot the caller ID did NOT identify it as such. I did have my water tested through Home Depot.

got call on my cell about 8 pm, didn't recognize number, so didn't answer. Message left from Isabel, at Home Depot Home Services. She left a DIFFERENT number for me to call back on, with an extension.  I called it, and got a recorded message, not a company but personal, no identification of who I was calling - same person saying she was "either away from her desk or on phone with another client" - to please leave my name, number, city I live in, and the last time I received a phone call.  I didn't leave a message.  Googling Home Depot Home Services tells you it's an independent contractor who works through Home Depot --
