Satellite map shows,the phone call came from the sidewalk on market street in Riverside. Behind the parking lot of the church of religious studies. I found every scammer to be calling from parking lots,sidewalks, the middle of the street,or vacant lot.

This idiot called five times in the last two minutes. Since, I blocked this number,he keeps trying. The number comes up,but the phone does not ring. It just says caller blocked.

I am not from California,why call me? Some needs to locate him and scare the the crap out of him. Maybe the police?

This # came up on n my CID as 9513441049 VOIP. Thought that VOIP was a call blocking devise,not a harassing devise.
