Calls and leaves no message

Got sick of them never leaving a message or answering when I call. So I answered the next time they called me. It is a VERY annoying marketing survey for "prior services used." They are hard to get off the phone, I recommend do not answer or just hang up after the first annoying question has been answered.

Didn't answer, left no message.  On the caller ID, instead of a name, it shows the following two numbers separated by a colon: "7766279:8012149".  Maybe somebody can figure out what that is.

Survey across the globe. Just say hello, listen to the lady or man talk about the survey and say no thank you and hang up. That's what I did.
