Called at 0930. No message. Says Riverside. I called back and the VM box was full. Message says, "Mike Anderson Internal Revenue Service"

Yep, someone/-thing has now called me twice from this number.  I waited until 7pm and called back and ran into a answering machine message carrying a recording of a man with a non-US native speaker's accent telling me I'd reached Michael Anderson, Internal Revenue Service.  Sadly, the machine wasn't taking any messages...
