Calls 8 times a day no answer

omg. this fking company calls me multiple times a day.  I block one and numerous others from NCO call AGAIN and AGAIN.  I don't own this company any money but this is what happens when I got a new number.

Have gotten FIVE calls just today.  No VM ever or answer. I don't answer unknown numbers. It's annoying they start calling very early too.

Keep sending message that are threatening

Received a call today, February 10th 2016 at 1:00 PM and CID displayed "NCO Group 951-289-4371" and of course, no VM was left. Since no VM was left, thr call wasnt important to begin with. I dont answer my phone from #'s that I dont reconize, regardless who is calling and if they cant leave a VM, its their lose, not mine. Even if a VM is left, which doesnt happen 75% of the time, is no guarantee on my part that I will call the # back either.
