fake IRS call

Called claiming to be the IRS, stated that they are sueing me and to call them at the above number to resolve the issue

fake call from IRS called me just now, recording stating to call them back as they are suing me?? USING IRS to threaten people should be a federal offense, also across state lines and calling me on my cell phone. anyone in a legal position to pursue this???

Same thing.  Called claiming final notice IRS is filing suit against me and need to call back on above number.
