When answered, there is no response to my hello, After about 3 seconds, there is a quick noise, a click and then a deep quiet..

this was ID'd at 951 263-3759. There was no response when I answered my phone.

When caller ID lists out of area where a company name should be and call is not out of my area there is no chance I will answer the call. No message was left.
