9/10/15  13:59 PDT  Didn't recognize name but was expecting call back from a 951 number, so answered phone.  Recorded message beginning "This is an urgent public service message...."  Pisses me off.  Such a pain in the butt, trying to filter and deal with all of these garbage calls.  I'm getting too long in the tooth to have to manage this garbage, but really don't know how I can negate 41 yrs. of phone history.  There is no appropriate classification for this type of call.

No longer pretending to be Google.  Number has now been taken over by the "reduce your energy costs" scammers...or maybe it was always them from the start.  Either way, they are now blocked forever.  Too bad no one can shut them down.

Called and said press 9 to take me off caller list. Came up as Rsquared
