Again, let me the first to tell you this person calls but does not leave a message. Do not answer!

Kid cars a charity? who robocalls? block them!

Do not give to this charity! from Yelp: Probable scam. I received a cold from them, even though my number is on the Do Not Call List. Honest charities don't behave this way.

The message they left said they help homeless vets by taking donated cars. However, there is no listing in Charity Navigator or Guidestar.

Also, they have multiple websites with multiple names:

Vehicles for Veterans: cars.vet

Saving Servicemen: savingservicemen.com

Saving Our Soldiers: soscars.org

Mercy Cars: mercycars.com

They describe Vehicles for Veterans as a part of Pinpointe Community Service Corp.:
pinpointe.org/index2.html

Pinpointe's website lists its address in Michigan. I can't find any records to indicate that Pinpointe is currently registered as a legitimate charity with the state of Michigan.

Regardless of all that, I would never do business with someone who cold calls me, including charities.

Telephone solicitation at 12:38 a.m. for donations.
On June 14, 2015 at 12:38 a.m. received a call for donation. Calling in the middle of the night interrupting ones sleep is not acceptable.

Desired Settlement
Do not call again. Am on the Do Not Call Registry but apparently if a "charitable" or "political" organizaion they can call whenever the heck they want to call.
