I received a call from a guy claiming his company repairs everything in/out of the house. The company is called AGG repairs. Then he starts to ask if I have a wife, and married, etc.
Later on they sent someone over, and the business card shows InnerSkyliner, a general contractor.
The guy does not seem to know much about the house, I would be cautious about their intention.

AG ?G - Mike called and addressed me by name. I asked if he was aware this was a registered "do not call" number and he said he didn't. I requested not to be disturbed or contacted again. I looked them up here and found others had been contacted by them as well so I suspect it was a sales call.
