The caller called to sell web site upgrade
Paid them $674.00 for upgrade whuch was to be complete within 30 days
Called many times to check status of upgrade, nobody answers the phone.
Left messages but no return calls
Appears to be another fraud scheme of big promises with no results.

You are not alone. After several calls from Brett Counsel of Helpful I T Solutions in April 2009 I decided to take them up on their offer for a new web site. I paid $460 and got the same as you, nothing. No answers to my phone calls and no replies to e-mail. It has been a year now and I have not given up trying to get my money back and yesterday, April 7, 2010 I left a message at this number, gave them a fake name and said I was looking for some help with a web site. Several hours later I got a call from a representative from "Helpful Hal" who said his name was Brett. I asked if his last name was Counsel and he hung up. If you go to helpfulhal.net you will see it is the exact same site as Helpful I T Solutions.

I recieved a call from this person first explained that I left a message for him to call me and I said no I did not and would never pay for an upgrade for a website ( never heard of them)--- he started into his talk about his services and I said I am not interested and he was just using the line that I contacted him first which I have no clue who the hell he is to be able to contact me - - he flat out said hey you dont have to be rude and then said F**K YOU ----I was so upset that he would say that and I would NEVER deal with a jerk like that and he must be a scam if he talks like that!
