Calls from this number all the time, as well as with (619) 216 - 0430 and more recently (650) 364 - 1610. The first time they called me I kept calling back until some guy asked if I were a Californian homeowner. After that, I kept getting calls from the other two numbers as well, only to call back being answered to the sound of a phone closing, or a message that it was disconnected, which sounded like it was really an answering machine made to sound like one. What is going on?
