This is the first number in ages that shows up as garbage but not having been around and shouted about a ton.  We are ID theft victims hating the term I would like to say I was told by 3 law enforcement agencies to STOP answering unknown calls.  if i had  known the years ago maybe the ID theft would have been far less.  I had answered before and had tried to rout out each call hoping they would stop that makes it worse!
