As many have said the DNC list is rubbish. Although it takes effort, I fight back against scammers like these by having my phone provider trace the calls. When I have at least three calls I call local law enforcement and file a complaint for harassment. It seems to reduce the number of rubbish calls received. Without an act of Congress these calls will never end. And since the scammers are generous to some government officials that is not likely to happen. Never answer suspect calls and never give out any true personal info. About all we can do.
